Unique Internship Opportunity!

If you feel called to lead worship in a creative environment, then this is the opportunity you have been looking for. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for emerging worship leaders to gain worship leaders to gain worship leading experience in one of the most established, and still growing, churches in Houston. The internship at University Baptist Church is designed to equip and develop men & women to discover & fulfill their call in full time ministry through mentoring, instruction, experience and modeling. As a worship intern, you will have opportunity to lead worship at all levels of the church including Sunday worship services, youth ministry events and camps, and Bible studies. Students will work on leadership skills as they learn how to lead adult volunteer bands, as well as student bands. Interns will also be involved in event planning, Bible studies, and city mission projects with interns in other departments in the church.

Details:

1. Internship is 20 hours a week (allows students to have an additional part time job)

2. $125 per week stipend
