Associate Pastor of Worship Ministries

Fellowship Evangelical Free Church, Dallas, PA.  Seeking a Spirit gifted and called of God apstor to lead the worship ministry and join our church community in their mission to make disciples to the glory of God.  This position reports directory to the Senior Pastory, and is also held accountable by the elders.  Responsibilities: Shepherd the congregation of Fellowship in God honoring, passionate, true worship of the one and only Almighty, Holy God; Exhort the congregation to righteousness and truth as part of leading in worship; Lead, nurture and equip the current Worship Team of vocalists and instrumentalists, including leadership of all worship team practices; and develop a process for integrating new members into the ministry of worship.  Additional responsibilites include willingness to humbly fill the pulpit and preach God's Word as needed, willingness to assist in any and all pasotal duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor, and lead the development of worshipful prayer services that incorporate music.  For more information and a full job description, e-mail Ed Dziedzic at fefc.jobs@fronteir.com
